GENDER EQUALITY INDEX 2023
As part of the 2018 “professional future” law, any company with more than 50 employees is required to calculate and then publish its Gender Equality Index. The objective of this system is to put an end to professional inequalities between women and men within companies.
L'index, noté sur 100, repose sur cinq indicateurs : l'écart de rémunération femmes-hommes, l'écart dans les augmentations annuelles, l'écart dans les promotions, les augmentations au retour de congé maternité et enfin la présence de femmes parmi les plus gros salaires de l'entreprise.
