The company was recognised in the report produced by the consultancy firm Interbrand, which presents the 30 biggest brands in Spain. The gala presentation took place on 29 February at the Museo Nacional del Prado, in the presence of Juan José Guajardo-Fajardo and Inmaculada Moreno from Logista.

Logista, one of Europe's largest logistics operators, has been recognised for the value of its brand in the Best Spanish Brands 2023 report, produced by branding consultancy Interbrand.

This recognition is the result of the company's work in branding and brand positioning, reflecting its commitment to excellence in communicating and building its corporate identity.

The Best Spanish Brands 2023 report, produced every two years by Interbrand, highlights the 30 biggest brands, taking into account factors such as the strength of the brand and its ability to convey the company's values. Since its first edition in 2007, this report has become a benchmark for analysing the value of the most relevant brands in terms of impact and market presence.

The gala presentation took place on 29 February at the Museo Nacional del Prado, at an event attended by Spain's leading business leaders and representatives of the communications sector.

Juan José Guajardo-Fajardo, Director of Human Resources, Marketing and Communications at Logista, said: "We are proud to receive this recognition after the company's efforts and dedication in developing our corporate identity. Being named one of the 30 most recognised brands in Spain reinforces our determination to consolidate a solid position in the market".

Commitment to sustainable development

Logista has maintained its leadership position in the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), which recognises global leaders in the fight against climate change, for eight consecutive years. Logista is the only European logistics company to feature in this category during this period. The CDP also recognised Logista's work as a driver of sustainable change throughout its value chain and included it in the Supplier Engagement Leader category.

In addition, Logista's strong commitment to sustainable development was recognised in January 2024 by Sustainalytics, one of the world's leading assessors of corporate social responsibility and corporate governance. After assessing the company's ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) criteria, Sustainalytics awarded it an ESG risk score of 14.4 points, meaning that it is considered to have a low risk of suffering significant financial impacts due to ESG factors. It also received Industry TOP RATED 2024 accreditation - which assesses high performance in its sector outside Sustainalytics' full coverage universe - achieving one of the top 50 scores in the transport industry.

Also thanks to its firm commitment to corporate social responsibility, Logista has once again succeeded in positioning itself among the leaders in the sector by being recognised in 2023 with an MSCI rating of AA, on the AAA-CCC scale.

Logista is also included in the FTSE4Good IBEX index, which groups companies that demonstrate good environmental, social and corporate governance practices, and in the Ibex Gender Equality index. It also joined the Ibex 35 in 2022.
